Cancellation Policy

​We take pride in being a reliable, family owned, small business.  We take exceptional pride in doing superior work and stand behind that. The lifeline of our business is customer satisfaction and loyalty. This means we deliver the finished product that we promise in the amount of time that we promise. Often the work is done beyond expectation.
With this added level of customer service experience, comes some responsibility on the customer.  Cancellations are very costly to our business.  Of course we anticipate things like rain days and other forces of nature and understand that these, “emergencies happen.” But we ask that you try as hard to keep all appointments with us as we do for you.
Details RS requires at least a 24-hour notice to re-schedule appointments.
Same day cancellations may be subject to a $25 trip charge fee prior to any future services being completed.

Inclement Weather Policy

Details RS understand that the weather is our greatest obstacle. We reserve the right to re-schedule appointments if weather is un-permitting or if we feel the detail cannot be concluded to our superior standard and in a safe manor. In the case of inclement weather (e.g., severe rain, snow, etc.), Details RS will contact you no later than the morning of your scheduled appointment to go over re-scheduling options available to you. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your flexibility.
